Mala Mojstrovka in the Mojstrovka-Prisank-Triglav region is a good easy one that’s suitable for the whole family. Mangart Via Ferrata is another accessible one that goes through both through Slovenia and Italy. The Silva-Korena via ferrata in Mount Krn is a bit more challenging.
