Description

The Triglav national park is the only national park in Slovenia. However, just because it’s the only one in no way takes away from how amazing it is. The park is filled with gorgeous scenery, including the highest peak in the country, Mount Triglav (2,863m).

On this day trip, you will have the chance to enjoy 2 newly opened sport via ferratas within the park. The 2 via ferratas are located in the Mojstrana valley, one of the many beautiful areas inside the park.

The 2 via ferratas are very different. They each offer unique views of the Triglav national park. They also offer different levels of difficulty. Thus providing you with the option to choose one that suits your own abilities. However, both of them require some previous experience. Also, participants should be in good physical condition for either one as well.

The easier of the 2 via ferratas is the Aljazeva pot. The difficulty is moderate, and the area is highly exposed. The more difficult option is the Mojstranskih pot. This via ferrata is very difficult and requires a great deal of technical ability. However, if you are capable of doing it, the Mojstranskih pot is a fantastic experience.

If you are looking for a real challenge in a beautiful place, then this via ferrata trip in the Triglav national park is for you. The tour will last from 3 to 4 hours, but the adrenaline you will feel will most likely last the entire day. The views are great, and the difficulty only makes it more exciting.
