Description

This Swiss and Italian Alps 3-day heliboarding tour will take you riding down some of the best powder slopes in the Europe!

The Alps need no presentation! They’re one of the most amazing mountain ranges in the Planet. They combine amazing slopes with dry powder snow with the advantages of great infrastructure to allow you to enjoy every moment of your trip.

I’ve been guiding in this area for many years and have selected some very special spots to take you riding or skiing. So, during these 3 days we’ll be picked up by the helicopter and reach incredible places while enjoying amazing views on the way up.

I have a long list of options:

If we’re based in Switzerland, I love to go to the Matterhorn and Monte Rosa if we leave from Zermatt. If, instead, we start from Arola we can go to Pigne d’Arola and the Petit Combin. And, of course, we can explore the Swiss side of the Mont Blanc Massif if we leave from Chamonix / Argentière.

From the Italian side there are also many options: from Gressoney we can also easily reach easily the Matterhorn and Monte Rosa. From Sestriere, we can go to Valle Argentera and Bosco or explore Grande Sassière, Arche Box and the Ruitor massif starting from Valgrisenche.

If you had a different spot in mind, don’t hesitate to let me know and I’ll try to arrange it. And remember, both skiers and snowboarders are welcome!

This Swiss and Italian Alps 3-day heliboarding trip is a great way to discover these beautiful mountains and their wonderful backcountry slopes. Send me a request now and we’ll start organizing your trip!

And if you’re looking for another heliboarding option, please also take a look at my Valgrisenche 1-day heliboarding tours.

Mountain Leader

IFMGA/UIAGM mountain guide
I come from Marseille and I found my passion for mountaineering very early, climbing Les Calanques, some mountains in the Verdon region and in the Alps. I got my IFMGA (mountain guide) certificate in 1983 and my ski instructor license in 1985.
I brought my clients on many summits of the Alps and went abroad to discover the world. I went skiing, climbing, mountaineering… in Morocco, Norway, Algeria (Hoggar), Yosemite (El Capitan) and Nepal. I discovered this passion for travelling and started to organize my first trips with my clients. In the late 80’, I went to the Annapurna Sanctuary and I did several ascents in Peru (Pisco, Yanapatcha and Huascaran). In the 90’, I did several trips in Nepal (Helambu, Langtang…).
I then kept on and further explored the world with my clients: Rolwaling traverse (Perchamo, Mera Peak Mingbo La), the summits of Yala Peak and the Yana Kanga, Patagonia (in Argentina), Manaslu tour in Nepal, Meso Kanto La, Mustang, Atacama desert in chili and many others.
I like bringing my clients mountaineering in summer and ski touring / heliskiing in winter.

Climbing with guide Guillaume was absolutely a highlight of my 2-week Europe vacation. Originally, we were planning on climbing in the Calanques, but the park was closed due to wind and fire danger. Guillaume chose another amazing location (Pic de Bretagne) based on my climbing abilities and preferences and kindly offered train station pick-up and hotel drop off, which I appreciated very much. The multi-pitch route we did was not only fun but also the right amount of challenge, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The communication from the team (Gauthier) was prompt and clear—highly recommend!

Luis Silva was a great climbing guide and belayer! He taught me how to do moves that were difficult and encouraged me to try routes that were challenging for me! Because of his encouragement, I managed to complete these routes! I really enjoyed the climbs and completed 8 routes in the Sesimbra/Azoia area. The weather was perfect, no direct sun and cool enough to enjoy the climbs. Explore-Share made booking an outdoor climbing experience in Lisbon extremely easy. Luis, our guide, was fantastic, and the platform’s organization was flawless.

Patrick was a great guide. He took us on an intermediate Via Ferrata at Passo Sella. Renato was quick to respond with any outreach on the Explore-Share platform. The booking process was straightforward, and once Patrick was confirmed, all went well. It was a wonderful experience, and I’d highly recommend the platform.
