Yet another amazing highlight in the Acadia National Park, South Bubble is a wonderful rock wall. And for a full day, we would like to guide you along on its surface. Hence giving you a chance to enjoy some of the best views in the entire park.
The routes we can take to climb South Bubble are fairly easy. As a result, you don’t have to be a climbing expert to participate on this trip. However, some prior rock climbing experience will certainly make your climb much easier. Also, because rock climbing can be demanding at times, it is important to be in appropriate physical condition as well.
The multi-pitch climb up South Bubble covers almost 400 feet, and as a result, you will get to see a great deal of the Acadia National Park. Just a few of the highlights you will be able to see during the climb include Jordan Pond and the Cranberry Isles.
We will also offer helpful instruction whenever possible throughout this trip. Thus giving you a chance to improve your skills for future climbing adventures.
When it comes to great rock climbing in Maine, you can’t do much better than the Acadia National Park. And on this trip to South Bubble, you will get to enjoy a great climb. And after that climb, you can continue exploring the lovely natural landscape as there are several wonderful scenic hiking routes!

Climbing with guide Guillaume was absolutely a highlight of my 2-week Europe vacation. Originally, we were planning on climbing in the Calanques, but the park was closed due to wind and fire danger. Guillaume chose another amazing location (Pic de Bretagne) based on my climbing abilities and preferences and kindly offered train station pick-up and hotel drop off, which I appreciated very much. Luis Silva was a great climbing guide and belayer! He taught me how to do moves that were difficult and encouraged me to try routes that were challenging for me! Because of his encouragement, I managed to complete these routes! I really enjoyed the climbs and completed 8 routes in the Sesimbra/Azoia area.
