Description

Climb classic routes in the the mountainous region of Snowdonia in northern Wales, where tales and legends swirl round ancient lands.

Whether you’re a beginner or intermediate rock climber, the diversity of the rock guarantees the perfect climbing conditions for your own individual level.

Climbs that offer a challenge for intermediates include Flying Buttress, Main Wall, Faith Hope, and Charity on the Idwal Slabs.

Some of the classic routes contain a more mountaineering nature, which involve much climbing and long approaches, despite being of a low technical grade.

Some of these classic routes include climbs on Llewedd, Tryfan, the Amphitheatre Buttress on Craig Yr Ysfa.

Along the way we will stop to rest, and enjoy a picnic for lunch.

Potential participants on this day need to have previous rock climbing experience to a level or Very Difficult, as well as being able to walk uphill for up to 90 minutes.
