Description

Ever wondered what it would be like to ski with a top freeride skier? Have him show you around and give you some pro tips along the way? Hire me for a day or a couple of days and experience the best of Hakuba in the company of a pro.

I am one of the top ranking skiers in the Freeride World Tour, a series of events in which the best skiers and riders in the world compete both for individual wins and the World Champion title. Competitions take place all around the world, including some of the top resorts in Hakuba.

Located in the stunningly beautiful Northern Japan Alps, the Hakuba Valley became world-renowned as a ski destination after hosting the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics. You can find more terrain and vertical rise in the Hakuba Valley than anywhere else in Japan.

With plenty of snow and easily-accessible from Tokyo and other major cities, Hakuba is considered one of Japan’s top winter resort areas, comprising a 9 top level ski resorts.

This is the area we will explore together for a day or a couple of days. I know Hakuba like the back of my hand and I’ll show you to some of my favorite pistes, always within ski area boundaries. I am not an instructor or guide so the goal of our time together will just be to have a great time!

You need to be at least an intermediate skier to participate in this tour. Take into account that you will need to be able to assess for yourself what you can or cannot do. It will be your responsibility to ski at your own level!
