The peaks in the Rosengarten are a long time goal for many experienced mountaineers. So this option is perfect for those with no mountaineering experience, who still want to enjoy the breathtaking views of the summits in the Dolomites.
Over a period of 4 days, we will be exploring different parts of the Rosengarten. On the first day, we’ll arrive at Vigo di Fassa. Then we’ll hop on a cable car that will take us to the beginning of the Scalette via ferrata. Finally, we’ll spend that night at the Antermoia Refuge.
On day 2 we’ll explore the Maximilian Klettersteig and Bärenloch area. And we will stay at the Grasleitenhütte refuge that night.
The next day will be full of surprises, as we’ll head to the Grassleitenpass, and tackle the via ferrata on Kessel Kogel. To finish our day we’ll stay at Rotwandhütte.
Finally, on our last day, we will explore Hirzelsteig, and reach the Rosengarten hut. Then we will take on the Santner via ferrata. We’ll descend via the Vajolet Refuge and Negritella. And at the end of the day we will take a cable car to get back to Vigo di Fassa.
So, if you are up for this via ferrata challenge, don’t hesitate and send me a request. I promise it will be an amazing adventure.
Looking for another via ferrata tour? I also guide this trip in Zell am See, Austria.

Mountain Guide
The mountains have always been a great part of my life. I was a youth leader of the Alpine Association of Zell am See, Bergrettungsmann, and completed the training as a ski and snowboard instructor. I studied meteorology because it can be very useful in mountaineering. My first trips took me to the Eastern Alps, around Piz Bernina and Biancogray. I also had the chance many times the amazing Mont Blanc range and the peaks around Chamonix. Finally, I got to practice in the high mountains of Bolivia and Chile.
I have really found my calling as a mountain guide. I am right where I always wanted to be. The smile on my clients' faces at the summit or after an intense ski day is so rewarding!
I am part of a team of local guides (Bergführer Zell am See Kaprun), all friends of mine, guys with whom I share the passion for the mountains. They are Markus B, Markus H and Gerald, all IFMGA certified guides. Our philosophy is "to know how to do something well is to enjoy it". Therefore, we always keep learning to give you the best experience.

Climbing with guide Guillaume was absolutely a highlight of my 2-week Europe vacation. Originally, we were planning on climbing in the Calanques, but the park was closed due to wind and fire danger. Guillaume chose another amazing location (Pic de Bretagne) based on my climbing abilities and preferences and kindly offered train station pick-up and hotel drop off, which I appreciated very much. The multi-pitch route we did was not only fun but also the right amount of challenge, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The communication from the team (Gauthier) was prompt and clear—highly recommend!

Luis Silva was a great climbing guide and belayer! He taught me how to do moves that were difficult and encouraged me to try routes that were challenging for me! Because of his encouragement, I managed to complete these routes! I really enjoyed the climbs and completed 8 routes in the Sesimbra/Azoia area. The weather was perfect, no direct sun and cool enough to enjoy the climbs. Explore-Share made booking an outdoor climbing experience in Lisbon extremely easy. Luis, our guide, was fantastic, and the platform’s organization was flawless.

Patrick was a great guide. He took us on an intermediate Via Ferrata at Passo Sella. Renato was quick to respond with any outreach on the Explore-Share platform. The booking process was straightforward, and once Patrick was confirmed, all went well. It was a wonderful experience, and I’d highly recommend the platform.
