Description

Join me for a rock climbing weekend in Kullen along the sea, facing Copenhagen. This is the ideal spot for the ones who wish to get the basics or improve their rock climbing skills.

I usually run rock climbing courses here where the participants learn about traditional climbing – placing protection, building anchors etc. on easy climbs. The goal of the course is for you to acquire the skills you need to get safely up and down the cliffs, so that you can get started building your own climbing experience.

I will climb on a fixed rope next to the course participants, so that we can discuss the protection placements and I can help in case your are feeling unsecured. For the ones who already have rock climbing experience, there are several options in the area.

It is a very beautiful place by the sea where the natural experience is a big part of it.

We sleep in a campground. The area can be reached in about 2 hours from Copenhagen.

Anyone can join, the climbing course in Kullen will be tailored to each participant’s wishes and physical fitness. Please get in touch with me and let’s discuss about a great program together.

In terms of cost, it depends on the program and the group. For normal small team climbing – for example a climbing course with 2 people – my fee is 330 euro per day plus expenses (transport, camping..). In addition, you pay your own expenses. I charge a bit more for programs with larger groups.

Mountain Guide

I was born in 1979, grew up in Albertslund, just outside Copenhagen. I started climbing when I was 14 years old and I was immediately gripped by it. In 2000 I became a Rock Climbing Instructor (AK) and shortly after, in 2001, I moved to Canada to go to school - I took a degree in "Adventure Tourism". The real reason I traveled to Canada was the mountains and nature. The years I lived in Canada I used to develop my skills as a climber and alpinist. I also began training to become an international mountain guide. Since I have returned to Europe, where I have spent time climbing, skiing and being on tour. I have also completed my degree and I'm now internationally recognized as mountain guide and a professional working in the various mountain activities. During my years in the mountains, my passion for climbing and skiing have become stronger and stronger. As a guide and instructor, I hope to get the chance to share my passion and experience with you!
