Do you enjoy skiing a lot but want to step up for bigger back country adventures? Then come join me on an Off piste skiing course in the Cantabrian mountains!
The Cantabrian Mountain are a mountain range of Spain that stretches for more than 300 kms through the north of the country. There are many outdoor activities to practice among this beautiful mountains, but when snow comes in winter it’s skiing time!
And I’ve designed a 1-day program to help you start enjoying the powder snow at its most.
So, to take better advantage of our time together, we’ll use the lifts of the ski resorts available in the area: Pajares, Fuentes de Invierno and San Isidro.
We’ll start with a small briefing on safety matters and then we’ll practice how to improve your technique on steep slopes and powder.
This course usually takes you out on the runs for around 6 hours, during which you’ll be learning at every moment. And, off course, you’ll be enjoying the beautiful scenery of this fantastic mountains.

Climbing with guide Guillaume was absolutely a highlight of my 2-week Europe vacation. Originally, we were planning on climbing in the Calanques, but the park was closed due to wind and fire danger. Guillaume chose another amazing location (Pic de Bretagne) based on my climbing abilities and preferences and kindly offered train station pick-up and hotel drop off, which I appreciated very much. Luis Silva was a great climbing guide and belayer! He taught me how to do moves that were difficult and encouraged me to try routes that were challenging for me! Because of his encouragement, I managed to complete these routes! I really enjoyed the climbs and completed 8 routes in the Sesimbra/Azoia area.
