Mont Blanc is the highest mountain in the Alps and also a large massif with the biggest number of famous climbs in Europe. Do you want to discover some of its main attractions?
Whether it´s rock climbing, mixed climbing or mountaineering, climbers have always been attracted to Mont Blanc, they have opened routes and have written history. In fact, some of these legendary routes are considered a 'must-do' for any passionate mountain climber.
On this 5-day programme, I propose to explore some of these classic alpine climbs:
Cosmiques Ridge,
Entreves Ridge,
Midi-Plan traverse,
Petit Aiguille Verte,
Tour Ronde,
Rock Climbing in Aiguille Rouges or Aiguilles du Chamonix or on Tacul E Face.
I recommend this trip because it allows you to see other parts of the Mont Blanc massif while having a fun climbing day. Furthermore, there's a variety of routes and many possibilities to challenge yourself.
If you want to, I can also include some training courses for rock climbing, glacier travel, etc.
You'll find a tentative itinerary below this description. However, I'll adapt the activities and locations to your wishes and your experience.
Are you ready to discover 'the other' main attractions of Mont Blanc? Send a request for this trip and let's find the perfect challenge for you!
If climbing Mont Blanc is also on your bucket list, you should check this 5-day programme that includes training, acclimatization and ascent.
Meeting and training/preparation day at Les Gaillands, Servoz or La Joux.
Preparation day for ice and glacier techniques on Mer de Glace.
Traverse of Valle Blanche (Midi to Torino Hut), then sleep at Torino Hut.

Mountain Guide
I’m an IFMGA mountain guide, a geographer and a passionate alpinist and climber.
I started going in the mountains as a child, at first very close to my home, in the Romanian Carpathians. In these mountains I discovered the passion for outdoor activities and climbing. It was not long until I started discovering other mountains and their challenges and I began building a "mountain climbing lifestyle".
I went in different expeditions around the world and I am always looking for interesting challenges in far away mountain ranges. As often as possible I spend my time in the Alps, training, climbing and enjoying life.
I became a national mountain guide in Romania in 2011. Since then, I love sharing my passion for the mountains and I enjoy taking clients to incredible places. I'm also a volunteer in educational activities to promote the values of authentic alpinism.
I believe in self development and always getting better at what I do, so in 2015 I joined the IFMGA mountain guide training program at EEMGA (East European Mountain Guides Association) and became a fully certified IFMGA mountain guide in 2018.
It will be my pleasure to guide you in any adventure in the mountains.

Climbing with guide Guillaume was absolutely a highlight of my 2-week Europe vacation. Originally, we were planning on climbing in the Calanques, but the park was closed due to wind and fire danger. Guillaume chose another amazing location (Pic de Bretagne) based on my climbing abilities and preferences and kindly offered train station pick-up and hotel drop off, which I appreciated very much. The multi-pitch route we did was not only fun but also the right amount of challenge, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The communication from the team (Gauthier) was prompt and clear—highly recommend!

Luis Silva was a great climbing guide and belayer! He taught me how to do moves that were difficult and encouraged me to try routes that were challenging for me! Because of his encouragement, I managed to complete these routes! I really enjoyed the climbs and completed 8 routes in the Sesimbra/Azoia area. The weather was perfect, no direct sun and cool enough to enjoy the climbs. Explore-Share made booking an outdoor climbing experience in Lisbon extremely easy. Luis, our guide, was fantastic, and the platform’s organization was flawless.

We had Léo as a guide for our day climb in Fonty. We were blessed with a knowledgeable, warm, and instructive guide. Communication with Léo and Ivan was smooth and swift. Explore-Share was excellent in arranging everything for our day climb. The communication was quick, and the platform was easy to use, making our adventure stress-free.

Patrick was a great guide. He took us on an intermediate Via Ferrata at Passo Sella. Renato was quick to respond with any outreach on the Explore-Share platform. The booking process was straightforward, and once Patrick was confirmed, all went well. It was a wonderful experience, and I’d highly recommend the platform.
