Description

I would like to invite you to enjoy the spring season in the fantastic Quebrado de los Lampazos, in the Pampa de Achala, an amazing natural region in the heart of the Sierras de Córdoba, Argentina.

During this hiking and rock climbing weekend, we will enjoy nice and easy walks, contemplate gorgeous views of the surroundings and discover the local vegetation. Also, we will have the chance to go for a short rock climbing and rappel the Gran Salto de los Lampazos waterfall, with a 50-meter fall and a stunning amphitheater.

As for the accommodation, we will spend the night in the Lampazos Refuge, situated in a beautiful natural area with crystalline water streams and labyrinthic gorges. Here, we will share a delicious meal and you will learn about the culture of Pampa de Achala.

Regarding the level, it is not necessary to have prior experience or technical equipment. You only need to bring tour enthusiasm and passion for nature.

I am a mountaineer with 30 years of experience. I have been part of the Andina Expediciones team for 8 years, guiding and teaching training courses in different areas: introduction to mountaineering, sport climbing, search and rescue in the mountains, vertical self-rescue and winter mountaineering.

Since 2018, I hold the official authorization from the Córdoba Tourism Government Agency to guide trekking and climbing tours.
