The Fontainebleau forest is without a doubt the central point for outdoor bouldering near Paris. If you enjoy or want to discover Fontainebleau Bouldering, then this is the trip for you! You can easily reach the forest by train or by car from the capital.

Everything is there to charm us: the sumptuous landscapes of forest and white sand, the sandstone boulders with so many different shapes and profiles, the calm of this preserved natural area.

You are a beginner climber or new to climbing? You can learn the basics of rock climbing in complete safety on the low-level routes.

Are you a regular boulderer? Climbing in Fontainebleau will allow you to discover new and very technical movements specific to outdoor climbing. Together we will learn the subtleties of bouldering and the use of the crashpad.

You are an experienced climber on natural boulders? Come and confront more difficult routes and take advantage of technical advice to progress and acquire effective training tools.

If you wish, on some sites in the Fontainebleau forest, I can also teach you rope climbing and rappelling.

I have been climbing for over 25 years. I climb and instruct on all indoor and outdoor mediums. As passionate about bouldering as I am about mountain climbing, I have been climbing in the Fontainebleau forest for many years with friends and beginners. I am also a canyoning instructor and a biology teacher.

Together we will approach the practice of bouldering in complete safety. I will help you choose a sector, adapted to your level and your needs. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced climber, my teaching method is based, above all, on the needs of the climber and the pleasure of climbing in nature.
