Sometimes women need a female mountain guide to make their first step into an extreme sport. So I am offering this easy 3-day tour exclusive for women who wish to get started in the amazing world of rock climbing. Our spot will be Acro and the Sarca Valley, at northern Italy, a paradise for all adventure lovers.
Arco is a town standing at the southern end of the Sarca Valley and northern end of Lake Garda. Its sheer cliffs offer a huge and varied terrain for rock climbers, who visit this region during the entire year. Beginner, intermediate and advanced find here the right rock.
Around this area, there are hundreds of single-pitch and multi-pitch crags. We will choose an easy itinerary to get used to heights and basic climbing techniques. A female mountain guide guarantees the patience that you expect for learning new abilities. I will introduce you to basic climbing and safety skills.
A possible itinerary could include Placche di Baone, a band of limestone lying at the base of Monte Baone with a mainly grip-based climbing. Another possible spots are Lastoni di Dro, a great inclined slab, Spigolo Nascosto, with its threads and trees as main protections, and Placche Zebrate, with over 30 multi-pitch routes.
The walls of Arco and Sarca Valley are perfectly prepared allowing you to climb in complete safety. They are also very close to the lake, offering stupendous landscape views during the ascents.
So, if you are up for this only-women climbing adventure around Arco and Sarca Valley, please get in touch with me! I’ll be glad to teach you the basics of this amazing sport in a wonderful scenery!
If you are not a first time or beginner climber but you still want to visit this area, check out my intermediate or advanced climbing for women in Sarca.

Mountain Guide
I was born in Bozen and I have been living all my life long in Fassa Valley, Dolomites. That's why my native language is ladin, a reto-romanic language spoken around Sella.
My big passion besides traveling is mountains and guiding because I love to show the people the beauty of the mountains.
I was a member of the Italian National Alpine Ski from 1990 to 1997 when I became Ski Instructor. In 2009
I became an IFMAG Mountain guide. I guide in the Dolomites, Sarca valley, Sizialian vulcanoes, Ortles Cevedale area, and Sardinia.

Climbing with guide Guillaume was absolutely a highlight of my 2-week Europe vacation. Originally, we were planning on climbing in the Calanques, but the park was closed due to wind and fire danger. Guillaume chose another amazing location (Pic de Bretagne) based on my climbing abilities and preferences and kindly offered train station pick-up and hotel drop off, which I appreciated very much. The multi-pitch route we did was not only fun but also the right amount of challenge, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The communication from the team (Gauthier) was prompt and clear—highly recommend!

Luis Silva was a great climbing guide and belayer! He taught me how to do moves that were difficult and encouraged me to try routes that were challenging for me! Because of his encouragement, I managed to complete these routes! I really enjoyed the climbs and completed 8 routes in the Sesimbra/Azoia area. The weather was perfect, no direct sun and cool enough to enjoy the climbs. Explore-Share made booking an outdoor climbing experience in Lisbon extremely easy. Luis, our guide, was fantastic, and the platform’s organization was flawless.

Explore-Share was excellent in arranging everything for our day climb. The communication was quick, and the platform was easy to use, making our adventure stress-free.

Patrick was a great guide. He took us on an intermediate Via Ferrata at Passo Sella. Renato was quick to respond with any outreach on the Explore-Share platform. The booking process was straightforward, and once Patrick was confirmed, all went well. It was a wonderful experience, and I’d highly recommend the platform.
