Join me on this 1-day trip and enjoy hiking to the stunning Fontaine Didier waterfall in Fort-de-France, on the Caribbean island of Martinique.

To explore this fantastic spot in Martinique, we can offer you different options. If you’re planning to come with your children, we can organize an easy excursion and a family-friendly adventure. However, if you’re an experienced hiker, we can also arrange a more demanding itinerary. It’s up to you! In any case, we’ll explore a beautiful natural area with luxurious vegetation and listen to the sound of birds.

As for the itinerary, we’ll begin the hike in Absalon and finish in the dazzling Fontaine Didier. Here, we’ll relax in the crystal-clear pool under the waterfall and contemplate an incredible landscape with varied flora and fauna. If you want, we can continue hiking through water and go up across the river to reach a bigger waterfall on a more demanding walk. For this section of the program, it’s mandatory to have prior experience and a good level of fitness. Of course, if you prefer to have a family experience, we can skip this part.

On the easier trail, we’ll spend around 4 hours walking and cover a distance of 5 kilometers. The more demanding hike has a duration of 7 hours and a distance of 7 kilometers.
