Calanques and Cap Canaille rock climbing course

Enjoy the Mediterranean from above with this Calanques and Cap Canaille rock climbing course. Join me on this 4-day tour of the area’s greatest rock climbing classics!

This course is targeted to recreational climbers who want to learn big wall security and climbing techniques. It is also addressed to climbers who already have some big-wall experience and wish to attempt more difficult routes. All this in the company of a professional mountain guide!

Put your skills to the test with this Calanques and Cap Canaille rock climbing course. Take advantage of this valuable learning experience by daring to step out of your comfort zone. I can guarantee that you will see big improvements!

On the first day, we will meet at Luminy and spend the morning on a learning wall. There, we will assess participants’ level and practice security techniques. Afterwards, we will attempt our first big wall together, with 2 or 3 belay stations.

Finally, on days 2, 3 and 4, we will visit the different Calanques in the area. We will make stops at Sormiou, Morgiou, En-Vau, Grande Candelle and Cap Canaille Calanques. I will propose different options adapted to participants’ level.

An intermediate climbing level (5b) is a requirement to take this course, as well as a good physical condition. Both for security reasons and for participants’ to take full advantage of the learning experience, I can only take 2 to 4 people on this tour.

This 4-day course will allow you to enjoy the Calanques’ and Cap Canaille from above! I can assure you that the strikingly beautiful views of the Mediterranean will make for long-lasting memories that you will cherish for many years.
