Canyoning in the Pyrenees: Ordesa Valley, Benasque Valley

Join us for a fun canyoning adventure, with itineraries for all levels, in the Ordesa or Benasque Valley, in the Spanish Pyrenees. Canyoning is undoubtedly the star of adventure activities in this mountain range, as water is always guaranteed here, even in the driest summers. 

Emerald water pools, waterfalls, jumps, vertiginous slides, flooded galleries and a great high mountain environment await you along our canyoning experience. Get ready to enjoy a  fantastic and unforgettable experience.

Before our adventure starts, we will explain very clearly how progress is made through the ravine, and the different challenges we will face along the way, like jumps, slides, etc.

These are some of the canyoning tours we offer in the Ordesa Valley:

• Viandico -Fanlo (Level 1): A very aquatic canyoning tour, ideal for the whole family, full of jumps, siphons, hidden cavities, and a rappel (not mandatory).

• Mirabal – La Fortunada (Level 1). Very similar to the previous canyon but without rappelling. Ideal for families. Crystal clear waters. Perfect to combine with a visit to the medieval town of Aínsa.

• Gloces – Fanlo (Level 1).  Beautiful canyon. Along most of the route we cover its width extending our arms. It has a 10-meter rappel jumps and many slides.

• Furco – Broto (Level 2). The perfect canyon! Sporty, and with three rappels, slides (one of 10-meter long) and an 8-meter high jump.

• La Pazosa – Torla (Level 3) .  Great high mountain canyon, very sporty. You need previous canyoning or mountaineering experience to join this tour. Many spectacular jumps, slides and vertiginous and very long rappels.

• Ordiso – Torla (Level 3) Spectacular high mountain ravine with a high water flow, big jumps and slides. A jewel of the area!

• Sorrosal – Broto (Level 3). Spectacular ravine with big jumps, rappels (the largest 45 m), for experienced participants We do this tour until the beginning of July.

• Barrosa – Bielsa (Level 2). The ideal exciting ravine from the beginning to the end. Great slides.

• Trigoneiro – Bielsa (Level 2). Very exciting canyon. It is perfect to combine with the Barrosa canyon as they are very close.

If you are looking for options in the Benasque Valley, these are our proposals:

• Aigüeta de Barbarruens – Seira (Level 2). Another wonderful ravine with very clear water, slides, jumps and rappels. A long canyoning day.

• Eriste (Level 4). A great ravine, only for experienced participant looking for a challenging canyoning tour.  It has everything! The main highlight is a spectacular slide.
