Sestriere is an alpine village in the province of Turin, in the region of Piedmont, Northern Italy. Due to its characteristics**, Sestriere is perfect ski center for freeriding**. Sestiere is also famous for being the starting and final point of many editions of Tour de France and Giro d’Italia.
During this 6-day freeride skiing in Sestriere, you can enjoy horse riding and off-piste skiing by untouched slopes and places with very few people around. Our base camp will be a fantastic hotel in Sestriere village. You won’t believe the warm welcome they will give you there, besides the typical Italian food.

It does not matter how much experience you have in off-piste skiing. I will help you and teach you all the necessary techniques, adapting them to the group general level. I will also consider any itinerary change in case of bad weather of bad snow conditions.
Here you have more details about this freeride skiing of 6 days of duration:
DAY 1
Our starting point will be in the Oulx train station at 9 am. As an option we can meet in Briançon at 8.15 am. We use this day to get ready, acclimatize our bodies and learn some security techniques. Welcome dinner and overnight in our base hotel.
DAY 2
In the morningin, we will go to Pragelatto. We will practice all kinds of descents (approx. 45mn 1 hour of easy skinning). We spend the night in the hotel again.
DAY 3
This day we will get to Sestriere and we will know some different programs of freeriding that we’ll do the following days. Return to our hotel where we will dinner and sleep.
DAY 4
Our next destiny is Prali, 1 hour far from Sestriere. It is a ski complex located in a small valley. We can enjoy a day full of freeride skiing adventures. Return to hotel.
DAY 5
A new ski day in an isolated place like Pragelatto. Dinner and overnight in the hotel again.
DAY 6
Our last day will offer a ride by horse around Sestriere and many other freeriding and off-piste activities. By the afternoon, we go back to the train station or Briançon. End of our services.

Climbing with guide Guillaume was absolutely a highlight of my 2-week Europe vacation. Originally, we were planning on climbing in the Calanques, but the park was closed due to wind and fire danger. Guillaume chose another amazing location (Pic de Bretagne) based on my climbing abilities and preferences and kindly offered train station pick-up and hotel drop off, which I appreciated very much. Luis Silva was a great climbing guide and belayer! He taught me how to do moves that were difficult and encouraged me to try routes that were challenging for me! Because of his encouragement, I managed to complete these routes! I really enjoyed the climbs and completed 8 routes in the Sesimbra/Azoia area.
