Description

Located in the Yungay province, Pisco (5752 m) is a mountain of the Cordillera Blanca in the Peruvian Andes. Dare to climb it even if you are not an expert!

On this 4-day program, participants will be able to contemplate the most beautiful landscapes of the Cordillera Blanca. Leaving from the city of Huaraz, we’ll visit the Llanganuco Gorge, located inside the Huascarán National Park. In this area, we’ll admire the turquoise waters of the lakes Chinancocha (3,850 m) and Orconcocha (3,860 m).

You don’t have to worry if you haven’t got a lot of experience. This program is perfect for mountaineering lovers who want to take their first ascent to an Andean peak. Nevertheless, it is important to have a good physical condition.

Price details

The price for 8-9 people is US$500 and for 10 or more is US$410. Please note, the prices previously displayed are for private groups. For share groups, starting at 5 people, the price is US$600. It doesn not include: flights, transport to the start of the trip, accommodation and meals in Lima and Huaraz, personal equipment, personal insurance.

Climbing with guide Guillaume was absolutely a highlight of my 2-week Europe vacation. Originally, we were planning on climbing in the Calanques, but the park was closed due to wind and fire danger. Luis Silva was a great climbing guide and belayer! He taught me how to do moves that were difficult and encouraged me to try routes that were challenging for me! Because of his encouragement, I managed to complete these routes! I really enjoyed the climbs and completed 8 routes in the Sesimbra/Azoia area.
