Would you like to discover some of the best rock climbing spots in Croatia? Then join me on this exciting 3-day multi-pitch climbing adventure in the Paklenica National Park.

The Paklenica National Park is located about 47km north from Zadar in Croatia. With its stunning canyons and breathtaking rock walls, it is an ideal location for rock climbing. In fact, it is one of the most famous in Europe and boasts over 400 routes, plus amazing views due to its proximity to the sea.

On this 3-day adventure, we will begin with a short climbing course on the first day, where we will go over some multi-pitch rock climbing techniques. Then, on the second and third days, I will take you to some of the top locations in the Velika Paklenica canyon to put your skills into practice.

Please keep in mind that you will need some prior rock climbing experience to join this adventure. Additionally, you will also need a good fitness level. Of course, I will be there to help and guide you every step of the way.

Price details

Price includes: Guiding fee and rental of personal technical equipment ( Hiking poles, a climbing belt, helmet, etc. )

The price does not include: Transport during the trip and from your hotel to the meeting place and back to your hotel is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival (10 – 60 EUR per person). Half-board accommodation in an apartment or hotel for guide and clients is not included in the price.

Itinerary

Day 1: Climbing course

We will learn about the use of equipment, how to tie the knots used in climbing, belaying, how to read topos or find your route, top roping, how to lead-climb and abseiling.

Day 2: Climbing short sports directions

In the area, we will find a large number of short sports directions, with various lengths and difficulties. We will choose one that is suitable to your experience and knowledge.

Day 3: Climbing long sports directions

Paklenica has a large number of long directions too. These go from 150 to 350 meters. We will pick the best according to your level and experience.
