I’ll start giving you a short briefing on safety measures, then I’ll show you the climbing gear and how to use it. And once you’re comfortable with it, you’ll learn how to move on the rocks with practical exercises in the amazing scenery of the Aosta Valley.

During the 3 days you’ll the basic climbing techniques to be able to maneuver with a rope in a progression as a leader. I’ll put particular emphasis in the concepts related to safety and to minimize any fear of the void and vertical dimension, enabling you to enjoy the activity as much as you can.
