This 3-day sandstone climbing course in Adršpach is a perfect introduction to the particular world of sandstone climbing. This discipline has its own set of rules and challenges and it is a good idea to get an intro from a professional.

Adršpach is one of the Czech Republic's top spots for sandstone climbing. Its incredible landscapes and rock formations make it a favorite among local climbers. You can go rock climbing in this area year-round. However, be aware that summer months tend to be quite hot.

During this 3-day course in Adršpach, you'll learn sandstone climbing basics, including friction climbing and climbing chimneys and cracks. You'll also learn sandstone climbing tactics and learn to set belay points in the form of loops and circles. We'll also discuss this discipline's specific set of rules.

Some prior rock climbing experience, or having completed a basic rock climbing course, is a pre-requisite. This sandstone climbing course includes 20 hours of lessons spread over 3 days. You will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the final exam.
