Description

There are so many dreamy heliskiing destinations in the Italian and Swiss Alps! In this program, I have selected a few spots of the best quality for your next heliski adventure.

We will spend 3 days (with 3 nights), preferably during the weekend, in one of these fantastic destinations. Heliskiing will allow us to reach more remote spots without the time spent ski touring, and will also provide an extra dose of adrenaline!

In Switzerland, my favourite options are:
– Based in Zermatt, skiing on the Matterhorn and Monte Rosa
– Going to Arola, explore Pigne d’Arola and the Petit Combin
– Leaving from Chamonix / Argentière, we have the Swiss side of the Mont Blanc massif.

And in Italy my choices are:
– Valgrisenche, to explore the Grande Sassière, Archeboc and Ruitor massifs
– Using Gressoney as a base to heliski in Matterhorn and Monte Rosa
– Going to Sestrière to ski at Valle Argentera and Bosco.

If you are looking for a different spot in the area don’t hesitate to ask me, as these are my favourites but the options are endless!

The program includes 2 heliski drop-offs per day, if conditions allow. If the weather is not suitable for heliskiing, don’t worry! We can still spend an amazing day, either skiing off-piste or ski touring, depending on your wishes and experience.

Do you want to go on this exciting heliski trip? Then please book this trip, tell me your favourite destination, and we will start planning! And also in the Alps, I can take you ski touring the Haute Route from Chamonix to Zermatt.

Mountain Leader

IFMGA/UIAGM mountain guide
I come from Marseille and I found my passion for mountaineering very early, climbing Les Calanques, some mountains in the Verdon region and in the Alps. I got my IFMGA (mountain guide) certificate in 1983 and my ski instructor license in 1985.
I brought my clients on many summits of the Alps and went abroad to discover the world. I went skiing, climbing, mountaineering… in Morocco, Norway, Algeria (Hoggar), Yosemite (El Capitan) and Nepal. I discovered this passion for travelling and started to organize my first trips with my clients. In the late 80’, I went to the Annapurna Sanctuary and I did several ascents in Peru (Pisco, Yanapatcha and Huascaran). In the 90’, I did several trips in Nepal (Helambu, Langtang…).
I then kept on and further explored the world with my clients: Rolwaling traverse (Perchamo, Mera Peak Mingbo La), the summits of Yala Peak and the Yana Kanga, Patagonia (in Argentina), Manaslu tour in Nepal, Meso Kanto La, Mustang, Atacama desert in chili and many others.
I like bringing my clients mountaineering in summer and ski touring / heliskiing in winter.
Get in touch with me and let's discuss about your next guiding tour !

Climbing with guide Guillaume was absolutely a highlight of my 2-week Europe vacation. Originally, we were planning on climbing in the Calanques, but the park was closed due to wind and fire danger. Guillaume chose another amazing location (Pic de Bretagne) based on my climbing abilities and preferences and kindly offered train station pick-up and hotel drop off, which I appreciated very much. The multi-pitch route we did was not only fun but also the right amount of challenge, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The communication from the team (Gauthier) was prompt and clear—highly recommend!

Luis Silva was a great climbing guide and belayer! He taught me how to do moves that were difficult and encouraged me to try routes that were challenging for me! Because of his encouragement, I managed to complete these routes! I really enjoyed the climbs and completed 8 routes in the Sesimbra/Azoia area. The weather was perfect, no direct sun and cool enough to enjoy the climbs. Explore-Share made booking an outdoor climbing experience in Lisbon extremely easy. Luis, our guide, was fantastic, and the platform’s organization was flawless.

Patrick was a great guide. He took us on an intermediate Via Ferrata at Passo Sella. Renato was quick to respond with any outreach on the Explore-Share platform. The booking process was straightforward, and once Patrick was confirmed, all went well. It was a wonderful experience, and I’d highly recommend the platform.
