If you are thinking of the right way to approach the rock climbing world you are just seeking new thrills for you next holidays, then this 1-day introductory course to rock climbing in Aosta Valley is your perfect choice!

You can join this program by yourself or come with family and friends. I always recommend to do this activity with kids, because it’s a great way for them to learn how to move their bodies and relate to nature in a different way.

The Aosta Valley is a great place to learn, but I have experience guiding through all Italy, so you can choose the right place for you, based on your accommodation or holiday schedule. So we’ll meet in a suitable location for you and I’ll give you a short briefing of the basic climbing and safety rules. Then we’ll check the personal equipment you’ll need and I’ll give you the technical equipment required. And off we go!

I will help you approach your first climbs on easy walls in a completely safe environment. I’ll show you and your love ones how to familiarize with the rock and how to start thinking vertically!
