Description

A vast, beautiful and bountiful mountainous area of southern Norway, Jotunheimen is a true wonder. It is full of fantastic peaks, ridges and walls. And on this rock climbing adventure, you will get to spend one or more days climbing in this incredible area.

Surrounded by the beautiful peaks of the Scandinavian mountains, the enormous Jotunheimen area will satisfy all of your rock climbing desires. There are several different areas that we can privately guide you to and through. Some of those areas include the Hurrungane mountains, as well as climbing in Jostedalen. And we will establish the best places for you prior to the trip starting by factoring in your age, skill level, length of trip, group size and weather conditions. Hence ensuring a fun and memorable rock climbing experience.

Because this is a private trip, you are in control of exactly the kind of rock climbing experience you wish to have. And our job is see to it that happens. Furthermore, we can set you up in the comfortable Bretun lodge if you decide to extend your adventure to several days.

Mountain Guide

Based in Western Norway, near the Sognefjord, our guiding agency has been offering its services since 1987. We are located in the Jostedalen Valley from where we have quick and easy access to the popular Nigardsbreen, an arm of the large Jostedalsbreen glacier.

Originally established by certified guides Steinar Bruheim, Thore Stensberg, Heidi Zimmermann and Arve Tvedt, the agency's staff now includes up to 30 guides in the high season, both in Norway and internationally, all with solid knowledge and experience.
