Description

A gorgeous place in France, less than 60 kilometers away from Paris, Fontainebleau is a fantastic spot, well worth exploring. And on this full day trip, which can be shortened to a half-day or extended to more days, you will get to enjoy the area by way of thrilling bouldering.

Bouldering is a great way to not only get some wonderful exercise, but to access great views. And the views in the Fontainbleau forest are absolutely stunning!

Along with being a lot of fun, and wonderfully scenic, this trip is also very educational. If you are a beginner I will spend a great deal of time sharing with you the basics necessary for fun and safe outdoor bouldering. And if you have prior bouldering experience, I will also help you improve on your existing skills and techniques. Thus ensuring by the end of the trip you will be a better climber than you were when the trip started.

While this trip is open to people of all skill levels, due to the physical nature of it, participants should be in good physical condition.

Rock Climbing Instructor

I hold a state certificate in Climbing in Natural Environments (DEJEPS) and I'm also certified in Tree Climbing. I regularly take people to climb trees and spend the night on a hammock at the top, in the middle of the forest!

I'm also a certified Feldenkrais practitioner. Felden Method is a way to improve motor skills leading to more pleasure while practicing your favorite activity but also a tool to seek performance, get rid of pains or regain confidence after an injury. As I'm aware of the way you're moving, I can guide you towards a better movement. If you like, we can start or finish the day on a yoga mat.
