Climbing Pobeda: Top Outdoor Adventures Awaiting You

If you’re physically prepared and have done a previous acclimatization trek in some of the great mountains that Kyrgyzstan offers, it’s time to move to the next level: climb the historic Pobeda Peak. It is the highest mountain of the Tian Shan range with a height of 7,439 meters. It’s quite close to the South Engilchek glacier, where you’ll find some of the most used base camps to ascend the mountain. However, Pobeda’s main summit is usually climbed from the Zvozdochka glacier. Although its climbing routes don’t involve technical difficulties, it is a serious mountain due to the high altitude and the climatic instability.
