3.0

(2 reviews)

At 5920 meters in height, an almost perfect cone is reflected over the Laguna Verde. It is the Licancabur Volcano, a snow-capped jewel disputed by Bolivia and Chile, in the heart of the Andes.

The ascent to the Licancabur Volcano takes place through paths full of loose stones and implies an important altitude change. It is necessary to have good physical condition and technical experience. It can be done in 2 days, with an acclimatization in the Juriques Volcano (Bolivia), and a warm up trek in the beautiful Laguna Blanca and Laguna Verde. The next day, you will enjoy a magical sunrise as you continue your way to the summit.
