What should I know about Mountain Climbing Atacama?
Sprawling across northern Chile as well as going into Bolivia and Peru, the Atacama desert is a great mountain climbing destination. Witner (June to September) is the best time to come as the temperatures are not oppressively hot, but most guides offer trips year-round.
