The best option is to go by plane (from anywhere in Argentina or Chile). If you go by land from the Argentine side, you have to drive to the border with Chile, where you must do the Immigration and Customs paperworks. In Chilean territory you must go to the Punta Delgada Crossing, where you and your vehicle will cross the Strait of Magellan on a raft, to reach Tierra del Fuego.
