What should I know about Hiking Catalonia?
Some great hiking spots include Montserrat mountain. This mountain has a a distinctive shape with its jagged peaks. The hike to the summit is around 5 km with a modest incline. The Alt Pirineu Natural Park is another great place to visit. There you’ll be able to hike through the highest peaks in the Catalonian Pyrenees. Why not hike along the coast too? Take advantage of the beautiful Costa Brava and hike the Camí de Ronda which snakes along the coastline. The Aigüestortes National Park is the only national park in Catalonia and is filled with excellent hiking trails.
