El Cerro Bella Vista (1710 m) se encuentra a 16 kilómetros de Bariloche, entre el Cerro Catedral y el Cerro Goye. Como su nombre indica (Hermosa Vista en inglés), el paisaje desde su cumbre es absolutamente increíble.
El ascenso al Cerro Bella Vista es bastante exigente. Por lo tanto, es obligatorio que todos los participantes tengan un buen nivel de forma física. También es necesaria alguna experiencia previa en escalada alpina. Además de eso, ten en cuenta que dos tercios de la ruta consisten en un denso bosque. Después de eso, debemos caminar por un terreno de alta montaña arenoso y rocoso.
En cuanto al itinerario de esta excursión de senderismo de un día, nuestro sendero comienza en el Refugio Jakob, también conocido como El Tambo. Es un refugio de montaña a 1000 metros de altura. Aquí, comenzaremos un ascenso fácil hacia la cresta del Cerro Bella Vista. Esa ruta de trekking cruza un antiguo bosque de Coihues y Cipreses. Pronto llegaremos a un increíble punto panorámico que nos ofrece las primeras vistas del Lago Nahuel Huapi.
Así que continuaremos ascendiendo y dejando atrás el bosque siempreverde. Ahora es reemplazado por los famosos árboles Lengas. A medida que el camino avanza los árboles se convierten en arbustos. A esa altura, la altura nos permite admirar el Lago Moreno. Ahora estamos entrando en un terreno andino alto, donde podemos apreciar la verdadera inmensidad de los Andes y sus lagos.
Después de cruzar el borde del Cerro Bella Vista, que es aproximadamente 40 minutos de caminata por terreno rocoso, finalmente llegaremos a la cumbre. Después de almorzar, descansar y tomar fotos allí arriba, debemos descender siguiendo el mismo sendero.

I’m a Physical Education Teacher, Ski Patroller and AAGM- UIMLA Mountain Guide. I was born in S. C. de Bariloche (Patagonia). I started “to play in the mountains” in early age, skiing and exploring trekking trails and the most emblematic shelters around Bariloche.
After graduating I began working in environmental education with children and adults in the Club Andino Bariloche and in an educational NGO dedicated to tourism in natural environments. I worked several years in Europe as a ski patroller, and currently work as a teacher in the Argentinian Ski Patrollers School (EASP). I also worked as avalanche consultor in companies.
I have various certifications, among them: WFR (Wilderness First Responder), Lifeguard Equipie (Andorran Red Cross) and Observer Nivo- Meteo (ACNA "per the Association of neu coneixement I allaus them") and the AIARE Level II (Analyzing snow stability and avalanche Hazard course).
Last years, I’ve been working between ski stations and guiding in big and amazing mountains in Patagonia, Alaska, Bolivia and Peru. I’m a professional outdoor woman and mountain lover who appreciate the opportunity of guide new clients in the surroundings of my home: “Bariloche, in North Patagonia”.

Climbing with guide Guillaume was absolutely a highlight of my 2-week Europe vacation. Originally, we were planning on climbing in the Calanques, but the park was closed due to wind and fire danger. Guillaume chose another amazing location (Pic de Bretagne) based on my climbing abilities and preferences and kindly offered train station pick-up and hotel drop off, which I appreciated very much. Luis Silva was a great climbing guide and belayer! He taught me how to do moves that were difficult and encouraged me to try routes that were challenging for me! Because of his encouragement, I managed to complete these routes! I really enjoyed the climbs and completed 8 routes in the Sesimbra/Azoia area.
