Este viaje de esquí de travesía de 5 días de Frey a Jakob es una increíble aventura de invierno que te llevará por lugares que ni siquiera has soñado!

Este programa comenzará en Bariloche, una ciudad increíble para actividades de invierno en la Patagonia Argentina. Está diseñado para esquiar en terreno virgen, pero también para llevarte a explorar un lugar remoto donde pocas personas pasan durante el invierno.

Así que comenzaremos desde el centro de esquí Cerro Catedral. Tomaremos los remontes y esquiaremos hasta el refugio Frey Mountain. Aquí experimentarás una noche rodeado de picos nevados y llena de estrellas que no olvidarás fácilmente. Al día siguiente disfrutaremos de esquí de alta calidad alrededor de las pendientes del refugio y pasaremos una segunda noche en este lugar increíble.

Luego comenzaremos la parte más aventurera del viaje. Pondremos pieles a nuestros esquís y subiremos hasta la laguna Shmoll y cruzaremos al valle Rucaco, donde estaremos solos con la naturaleza. Después de cruzar este valle, subiremos el cerro Brecha Negra para llegar al refugio San Martin a orillas de la laguna Jakob. Aquí pasaremos la noche y disfrutaremos del día siguiente esquiando a su alrededor.

Finalmente, en el último día esquiaremos de vuelta hasta el comienzo del sendero del camino de Jakob, donde un traslado nos llevará de vuelta a Bariloche.

Guía de Montaña

Mountain Guide UIAGM, current Director of Training Courses in Argentina UIAGM Guide and Director of Technical Committee of the Argentina Association of Mountain Guides (AAGM).

His curious and adventurous spirit made him develop his potential as a climber from an early age. Over the years he accomplished major sporting achievements, among them opening 5 new routes in Mount Fitz Roy like “Samba do Leao”(1400 mts, 6c) , y “Al Abordaje” (1000 mts, 6c/A2+), and also in different places such as aguja La Silla (Chalten); en Pico Mayor, (Salinas, Brasil); Cerro Trinidad, (Cochamo, Chile); Cara Este del Cerro Vallecitos and Cerro Campanario (Mendoza); Cara sur del Pico Internacional del Mt Tronador (Bariloche).

Since 2003 he has worked as a guide in Patagonia, and also central and northwest Argentina. Has worked in South America in Chile, Peru, Brazil and Bolivia. He did the first Argentinean guided ascension to mount Fitz Roy, and also guided ascensions to San Lorenzo, lnternational pic of Tronador, Aguja Guillomet, Nevado Alpamayo (Perú), Cerro Illimani (Bolivia), amont other.

Luciano has worked in the last years in several courses of Club Andino Bariloche both as an instructor and director (Ice Climbing and Glacier Transit, Backcountry skiing and Rock climbing courses). Also plays the role of "Mountain Concerning" at the Ski & Snowboard School and Mountain School of the Club Andino Bariloche.

Climbing with guide Guillaume was absolutely a highlight of my 2-week Europe vacation. Originally, we were planning on climbing in the Calanques, but the park was closed due to wind and fire danger. The weather was perfect, no direct sun and cool enough to enjoy the climbs. Explore-Share made booking an outdoor climbing experience in Lisbon extremely easy.
