Si buscas un ascenso tranquil a una montaña increíble y tienes poca experiencia en montañismo, este programa es perfecto para ti. Ven y descubre el Vallunaraju conmigo.

La Cordillera Blanca es una cadena montañosa en los Andes peruanos que contiene las cumbres más altas del país. Entre ellas, puedes encontrar al Vallunaraju, una de las montañas más populares y fáciles de ascender. Además, es el lugar ideal para cursos, escalada en hielo y esquí. Con 5,586 metros, está ubicado en la provincia de Huaraz dentro de la región de Ancash.

Este ascenso de 2 días comenzará en la ciudad de Huaraz y luego conduciremos hasta el Campamento Base (4,000 metros) durante 1 hora y media. Una vez allí, subiremos hasta el Campamento de Morrena (4,900 metros) durante unas 4 a 5 horas. Durante el segundo día del programa, llegarás a la cima del Vallunaraju después de una caminata de 6 a 8 horas a través de la montaña. Luego regresaremos al Campamento Base y conduciremos a Huaraz. Este ascenso tiene una ganancia de elevación de 700 metros desde el Campamento de Morrena.

Recuerda que este ascenso no es difícil y no requiere mucha experiencia previa. Sin embargo, contar con un buen nivel de fitness es un aspecto importante a considerar.

Percy Williams Dextre Henostroza who is a member of the Peruvian Mountain Guide Association (AGMP) for over 17 years and is fully certified by the Unión International Association of Mountain Guide (IFMGA-UIAGM). Climbing with guide Guillaume was absolutely a highlight of my 2-week Europe vacation. Originally, we were planning on climbing in the Calanques, but the park was closed due to wind and fire danger.
