Explore-Share is an online platform connecting outdoor enthusiasts with certified local guides around the world. Our mission is to make unique mountain adventures easy to find and book, while helping guides grow their business.
The ideal candidate for this position is a bilingual Spanish–English speaker with a passion for mountain and outdoor adventures, a background in Sales or Tourism, and a genuine interest in helping people plan their trips.
We’re looking for someone curious, proactive, and commercially minded who enjoys connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the booking process.
You don’t need to be an expert closer, but you should feel comfortable communicating persuasively, following up, and keeping the conversation alive until the client is ready to book.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow into a consultative sales position within a few years, while currently focusing on assisting senior sellers, managing leads of lower to medium complexity, and ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and guides.
You’ll communicate with clients and guides daily through email, WhatsApp, and occasional calls, so confidence and clarity in communication are key. Being organized and reliable is also essential, as you’ll be responsible for tracking and updating your leads in the CRM.
The goal of this role is to support the sales team’s growth, help convert leads into bookings, and contribute to improving our internal processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You should be available to work 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, and on weekend shifts. This is a 100% remote position, so being accountable and self-managed is a must.
